Step 7: Move It!

I don’t necessarily mean going to the gym 2 hours a day 7 days a week here! Get on your bike and discover the neighborhood, take a nice jog and breathe some fresh air or if there’s a particular sport you enjoy then do it. You can also sign up for a kickboxing class or pilates at your local gym… if you find it too expensive than get yourself a good fitness DVD and start moving! Find something that you love doing and exercising will become something you look forward to.
