Step 4: Forget about Soft-drinks! Please!
For obvious reasons, soft drinks are bad for you. It’s basically water with artificial sweeteners and sugar (bad!), artificial color (bad!), artificial flavor (bad!)… Did you know the average can of soft drink contains about 8 to 12 teaspoons of sugar! Can you imagine? And on top of that, most of them are packed with caffeine (cola type). Absolutely nothing good comes out of drinking this.
