Step 2: Eat Fruits and Veggies!

Again … a no brainer! I mean that’s what they tell you in kindergarten! But how many of you actually eat 5 to 10 fruits and vegetables a day (recommended intake by the FDA)? I once asked a friend of mine who was trying to lose weight if he ate any fruits and vegetables… and do you know what he told me? Sometimes! Sometimes? Are you kidding me! Fruits and vegetables are packed with minerals and vitamins, and this is what energizes your muscles and feeds your blood so your body can actually function and burn calories!
